What is Nisecoach?
Nisecoach is an online platform that allows customers to search, directly message and book the top-rated and highest-qualified winter sports instructors and guides in Niseko, Japan
How do I find a coach on Nisecoach?
Hit the page “COACH” and scroll through a list of available instructors and view their profiles. Make sure you use the filters to narrow down your search and find the perfect instructor for you. You can message the instructor to ask specific questions or simply to get to know him/her before making any booking.
To do so, click on the WhatsApp icon or the internal messaging system icon to start chatting. You can also hit the page “CONTACT” and fill up the form.
How do I book a coach on Nisecoach?
Hit the page “BOOK NOW” and fill out the form with your booking details.
As soon as the form is received, Nisecoach contact the requested coach to confirm his/her availability.
When do I pay for my lesson?
The payment is handled by the instructor directly. You do not pay Nisecoach.
Once the lesson is confirmed, the instructor is responsible for the payment process.
Which payment options can I use?
Each instructor offers several ways for the payment. Ask him/her directly.
